General information
All cards allow contactless passage through the lift barriers. Day and point tickets are valid from 9 am to 4.30 pm.
Children up to 15 years pay the children's rate. Children up to 5 years are free with ID and accompanied by parents. All children pay the children's rate at the ski school.
Seniors over 65 with ID receive a 5% discount on 1-day passes. Disabled persons (from 70%) receive the children's prices (new). Adults with guest card receive 2,- Euro discount on the 1-day ticket.
Thepricesare valid plus 3,- € deposit (will be refunded on return), on Wintersport Arena tickets no deposit.
Pupils 16 to 19 years and students as well as families with children (up to 15 years) and handicapped persons receive the reduced ticketsonly with identification.
**Wintersport Arena tickets are additionally valid in Altastenberg, am Sahnehang, Snow-World Züschen, Skiliftkarussell Winterberg, Willingen, Bödefeld/Hunau and Ruhrquelle/Winterberg.
- 6 points: Osthang chairlift
- 4 points: West slope, ob. Post meadow, toboggan lift
- 3 points: Schanzenhang, unt. Postwiese, Tenne I + II, Tenne magic carpet
- 2 points: Postwiese children's lift

Notes on group tickets
Group tickets are only issued in a package with proof of the group and upon registration. Half-day tickets are valid from 1 to 4.30 pm.
*Pupils up to 15 years of age receive the reduced tickets only with proof of age ***Not guaranteed.
