Tickets valid for up to two days, point tickets and floodlight tickets are valid on the ski and toboggan slopes of our ski area. Exception is the ticket "Skiliftkarussell+", which is also valid in the ski lift carousel Winterberg, in the ski carousel Altastenberg in the ski area Sahnehang and in the ski area Ruhrquelle. The Wintersport-Arena CARD, which is available from 3 days and as a season ticket, is also valid in the ski area Homberg in Züschen, in the ski area Willingen and in the ski area Bödefeld-Hunau in addition to the ski areas mentioned.
No, the daytime operation usually ends between 16:30 and 17:00. After that, the lifts are out of operation due to the preparation of the slopes. Separate tickets must be purchased for floodlight operation from 18:30.
No, they are only valid during the day from 9:00 to 16:30. Exceptions are the Wintersport-Arena floodlight season ticket and the combination season ticket day + evening.
Yes, for the toboggan lift you need your own toboggan to go down the toboggan run, which is done with a fixed toboggan at the lift.
Yes, the lift tickets must be used on consecutive days. However, you can already purchase the ticket the day before your first ski day. The validity then begins on the following day.
If you can prove that you cannot continue skiing, we will refund the remaining period of validity. A doctor's certificate must be presented for this purpose.
This is at least still valid in the course of the season and the coming season. So please keep your ticket safe.
It is important that your winter sports equipment is firmly connected to your foot and is not motorized. So you are allowed to ride with snowblades and snowscoots. Snowmobiles are not allowed. Snow tubes, on the other hand, are not allowed on the ski slope, just like toboggans. For Snow Tubes this also applies to the toboggan slopes, as they are hardly steerable. Please note: Not all winter sports equipment, even if it is allowed in principle, can be transported with every lift. We cannot make a general statement on this at this point. This depends on the respective winter sports equipment and the lift in question.
We expressly promote skiing for people with disabilities. Guests with a 70 percent disability therefore receive a ski day ticket for the price of a child's ticket. To do so, they must present a valid original disabled person's ID. For disabled children with an impairment of 70 percent or more, the accompanying adult receives their ticket at the price of a child's ticket. Whether you can use the lifts depends on the type of disability. For example, some of our chairlifts can only be used to a limited extent. Please check with the lift staff before your trip down to the valley whether the lift can be used with your disability. With our T-bar lifts there is usually no problem.
